Payment Terms

If you choose a paid plan, you agree to the following payment terms.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method

Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by gymbtq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall gymbtq be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
