Getting Started

How do I create my gym account?
Click "Start Free Trial" on the homepage, create your account with your email, then follow the setup wizard to configure your gym's basic information and branding.
How do I add my first class?
Go to Activities in your admin panel, create an activity type (like "Yoga" or "CrossFit"), then head to Schedule to add specific class times.
How do I invite members?
You can add members manually from the Members section, or share your gym's booking page URL so they can register themselves.

Managing Members

How do I add a new member?
Go to Members > Add Member, fill in their details, and optionally assign them a subscription plan.
Can members book classes themselves?
Yes! Members can log into their portal to view the schedule, book classes, and manage their subscriptions.
How do I track attendance?
Use the Check-In feature when members arrive, or view attendance history in their member profile.

Scheduling & Bookings

How do I set up recurring classes?
When creating a class in the Schedule, select "Recurring" and choose the days and frequency.
What happens when a class is full?
Members are automatically added to a waitlist. They'll be notified if a spot opens up.
Can I cancel a single occurrence of a recurring class?
Yes, you can cancel individual classes without affecting the rest of the series. Booked members will be notified automatically.

Payments & Billing

What payment providers do you support?
We support Stripe (worldwide), Redsys (Spain), and GoCardless (SEPA Direct Debit).
How do I set up recurring billing?
When creating a subscription plan, select "Recurring" and set the billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
How do I issue a refund?
Go to the payment in Payments, click the options menu, and select "Refund." You can issue full or partial refunds.
